Product Availability

Our web site is regularly updated. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders placed outside our open hours (9.00 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. UK time) may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case. If you place an especially high-value order, we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your order details, prior to authorisation.  

Payment

We have a variety of ways for you to pay.  

Paypal.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.   We also accept payment by cheque; made payable to David Cavill. Cheques require a minimum of 5 working days clearance time before goods are dispatched. Cash, Bankers Draft and Building Society cheques are also acceptable and are not subject to a clearance time. Only send cash by Special Delivery in a strong envelope after seeking advice from the Post Office. Please email us at sales@atasteofegypt.co.uk if you would like to pay by cheque, cash or bankers draft. 

Returns and Cancellation

When you buy goods through A Taste Of Egypt you have the same rights as when purchasing from a regular shop or showroom. In addition, you are entitled to a seven working-day 'cooling off' period, as described in the 'distance selling' section of the government website http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and if for any reason you are not happy please return it within 7 days and we will exchange, replace or refund it at your request - subject to the following conditions:  

The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions, etc and must be in unused condition.  

A proof of purchase must be supplied.

You must return any free gifts that came with the product.

We will not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalised.

You must also report any damaged or missing packages to the carrier at the time of receipt.  

If the product is faulty or incorrect we will pay for any return costs.

If the product is what you ordered and you have simply changed your mind or you wish to exchange an item it is your responsibility to pay for the return of the item(s). We will also deduct the original carriage charges from your refund.

Replacement items will incur carriage costs. If you received Free Delivery we will deduct the true cost of the delivery from your refund. This can be upto £7.95 per parcel.

We refund carriage costs only if the return is a result of our error or the product is faulty.

Please do not return goods without first contacting us. Wherever possible, we will respond to your individual circumstances. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning your item(s) back to us, as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
 

If a fault occurs within 28 days of delivery, we will always offer you an exchange, replacement or refund. To arrange for return of your goods please contact us by email at sales@atasteofegypt.co.uk

You must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to A Taste OF Egypt

Please ensure goods are suitably packed.
